Art journaling is the foundation of my creative practice. These journals serve as laboratories for experimentation, visual storytelling, and personal reflection. Through layers of paint, collage, writing, and found materials, ideas emerge that often evolve into larger bodies of work. My journals have been featured in more than twenty published magazine articles and continue to inspire my paintings, workshops, and books.
